PURPOSE:
What is the purpose of this job?
This role is responsible for proactive analysis of the F&O system.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
What are you responsible for doing?
IT Tasks:
- Dynamics Finance and Operations Module Tasks:
- Checking and fixing product dimensions and settings in F&O (Dynamics Finance and Operations Module)
- Store creations in F&O
- Changing and or creating F&O user access roles
- Finding and exporting F&O data - eg:
- Loyalty card transactions
- Loyalty points available
- Gift card transactions tracking
- Stock on hand export for demand planning
- Collate F&O user details for investigation
- Warehouse location changes and configurations
- Batch job monitoring
- Dynamics process document creation
- Creating and Testing task recorder in dynamics
- User guide creation
BI Tasks:
- Dynamics Finance and Operations Module Tasks:
- Loading of promotions
- Monitoring of trade agreements
- Loading of trade agreements for Markdowns and Price Increase
- Trade agreement cleanup
- Implement product hierarchy on F&O
- Data export for analysis and distribution
- Process gap analysis

Incidents logged | · All incidents logged within SLA standards · All incidents not resolved within SLA to be reported daily |
Accurate and timeous reports | · X reports prepared on a daily, weekly basis · All supporting documentation filed in the appropriate manner and available for legal and reference purposes |
Customer service trends analysis delivered | · Analysis of trend data · Monthly and weekly reports · Exception reports · Implement a monitoring and tracking system |

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES |

OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS
What theoretical knowledge (e.g. degree / diploma) does the job require?
- Grade 12 required
- Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
- Advanced Excel
What experience (e.g. previous exposure) does the job require?
- Dynamics 365 Finance & operations - Business central minimum
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and effective communication
